Initial assessment includes complete psychosocial assessment to determine diagnosis, treatment plan, and need for ongoing services.

Individual/Follow-up
60-minute follow-up sessions for established patients.

Insurance
Insurances are currently in credentialing process. You can pay self-pay rate or be put on call list to be notified when insurance is approved.
